Description

NOTE: These sleeves are slightly undersized by .002 to .003″. This has caused issues with some units, especially older style, where if you pull the trigger hard in FRT mode the hammer will release without the bolt trip activated. We could not duplicate in house and have had limited reports of issues but we are disclosing this, lowering the price, and progressing to a tighter tolerance on the next batch. If this concerns you in anyway please purchase our spring pins instead. If you have this issue reach out to us, we will make it right.

——————————————————————

These pin sleeves allow use of regular fire control group pins.

If you are looking for a more cost effective way to do this, or for an easier install, please check out our spring pins.

These work in the following FRTs:

  • DTT FRT-15L3
  • Rare Breed FRT-15L3
  • Partisan Disruptor

This is for a set of 2, also includes 2 OEM style pins.

Installation notes:

These can be installed into the FRT cassette by just using the sleeve to push the original sleeve out of place. Recommend releasing the hammer (slowly) first to relieve pressure and make the install easier. If there is enough interest we will make an installation video. Datum Machine Works is not responsible for parts you launch into orbit attempting to install. If you are not comfortable with the install please take a look at our spring pins.

Excellent product that is needed! Just be aware thumb pressure is probably enough to push out the sleeves (both in a RB and a Partisan) – using a punch and mallet won’t end well. Or so I’m told.
